RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A REFUND (email only)

Email info@thebrandlivina.com within 14 days.
Include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return label (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please check your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email info@thebrandlivina.com. right away so we can assess and resolve it.

Include your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

For deliveries within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
